This beautiful long Halter Tulle Dress will fit a child size 4-8 depending on the height of the child. It  is made with elastic to fit a range of sizes and ties around the neck with an orange satin ribbon.  The large orange and yellow flower measures 9 inches in diameter.  The dress from chest to the length of tulle is 29".  It is made with yards and yards of yellow and glimmer orange tulle accented with orange polka dot ribbon throughout.  Matching Korker barrette is also included.  This would be a lovely dress for those outside pictures.
